Food Review: Silk Choconut Smoothie
On the back of my Silk Coconut almond milk was this recipe
so I decided to give it a whirl and it was actually good! I have the image of
the original recipe below but I also recommend blending in some honey or
sweetener because I find it needs it. I also substituted the almond butter for
peanut butter.
This is a great calcium and protein rich smoothie idea for
breakfasts and snacks. I find a chocolate smoothie or shake to be good when I
want to shake up my usual fruit based smoothie routine.
